Which Chair Will It Be?

I'm sitting outside this morning enjoying the quiet. I can't stop dreaming about this Sunday and Easter. I love Sundays at Hallandale Beach. Every Sunday there is such excitement and anticipation in the air. Why is that? I believe God has placed a small sample of the future in our minds. The people that now drive by will one day worship and serve with us. Our co-workers and family and friends will notice the changes in our attitude and concern for them and they'll want to know why we've been different lately. People you have never seen before will be leading ministries at our campus. Children and teens will here about God for the first time in a cool, modern way.

What do you dream about for Flamingo's Hallandale Beach Campus? Share it with us all by posting a comment.

When you enter the auditorium look at the chairs and begin dreaming about the possibilities of................................................................ (fill in your own dream)

Which seat will you fill tomorrow morning at 11? Who are you inviting to join us on Easter?

As usual...I can't wait 'til Sunday.

Re-Born

Last week was the 12 anniversary of my crossing the line of faith and becoming a Christ Follower. Whew! What a change I've been through. What is your life change experience? Think back to all the times God has pulled you through the thick mud of your life into smooth sailing.

I had the privilege of being with a group of folks at Hallandale Beach Sunday after service that led a searching man into eternity by crossing the same line I crossed 12 years ago by following Christ. It was so humbling to be used in that way.

Thank God for where He has brought you from and where He is taking you to.

Fuel Wednesday at 7 PM

Don't miss Wednesday night at the FRCHB campus. We do a first ever live streaming event with Fuel. This is a cool time to hang at the church and learn more from Pastor Troy about why God has placed us (Flamingo) in 5 locations and an Internet Campus.

We'll have childcare and coffee and yes...DESSERT! Spread the word.

See you Wednesday night at FUEL!!!

Month 4 Begins

Sunday marks the beginning of month 4 at Flamingo's Hallandale Beach Campus. Here are a few things to plan and pray for:

  • We will have a special guest with us LIVE on Sunday. Hint...the neck controls the head???
  • Every Wednesday at 7 PM in March we will have Fuel classes in HB. We set up a live streaming feed this week that is high quality and very cool...plan to attend Fuel, it will be a great spiritual boost for you in the mid-week.
  • Student Ministry kicks-off in 2 weeks on Tuesday nights with games, food and excitement for our teens. Eric and Kim Howard are leading this group and Eric just got back from Willow Creek in Ill. where he attended a Student Conference with the whole FRC Student Team. Go Eric and Kim!!!
  • Baptism at Dania Beach Pier on Easter morn at 7 AM...Beach Baptism, always exciting...get signed up.
  • 2 services in Hallandale Beach on Easter Sunday...plan on attending one and serving at another...Easter is the biggest attendance day of the year, a great time to make a great first impression.

Everyone keep inviting. We've had first time guests every weekend. Thanks for your hard work...keep it up.

See you Sunday Hallandale Beachers
